All of our sunglasses come with UV400 protection, blocking 100% of the harmful UV Rays.
To keep your YŪ Eyewear in top condition, follow these care steps:
- Always store your eyewear in its protective case when not in use.
- Clean your lenses with our microfiber cloth - avoid soap & water.
- Never place your eyewear lens - side down to prevent scratches.

Shipping & DELIVERY

We offer Free Global Shipping, so you don't need to worry for Shipping Costs.
Orders placed on business days will be dispatched the next day. Shipping times typically range from 3-10 business days, depending on the destination and the chosen shipping option.
After your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your item has shipped, we'll send you a notification with your tracking number and a tracking link.
If you already have your tracking number, you can check your order status by clicking HERE. If the tracking number doesn’t work right away, please allow a few hours for the system to update.
warranty & repair
All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

returns & refunds
Once your order is processed, we are unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations due to our quick processing times. To ensure fast shipping, the fulfillment process begins immediately after your order is placed. Once a shipping confirmation with tracking details is sent, no further changes can be made.

We happily accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
To start your return, please click HERE to access our returns portal. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
